10 p.m. – 8 a.m. Sunday through Thursday; and 11 p.m. – 8 a.m. Friday and Saturday. NO running blowers, power washers, etc. before 9 a.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m. on weekends and holidays.
The Park consists of seasonal Cooperative Owners, RV Memberships and a limited amount of Seasonal Campers. For RV Membership parties: Check-In Time is 11 A.M. and Check-Out Time is 2 P.M. In order to keep disruptions of neighbors to a minimum, late arrivals are only excepted until 8 P.M. No refunds due to inclement weather or early departure. The Park is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property anywhere in the campground. NO SMOKING and NO PROFANITY in any of the buildings or Common Areas throughout the park. Women must wear a cover-up over swimsuits and men must always have a shirt on when entering any building. Pets are not permitted in any buildings or the pool area. Violators of any policy herein are subject to immediate expulsion.
Excessive drinking, profanity and/or disorderly conduct will not be permitted or tolerated in any building or public common area of the Park. All individuals must be at least 21 years of age to consume alcoholic beverages in or on any part of the park, no exceptions. Offenders will be asked to leave and will be issued a written warning. Upon second offense, the offender will be asked to leave the park for the remainder of the camping season, and allowance back in the park the following season will be at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors of QCC (hereinafter referred to as “BOD”). In the event that any violator destroys park property, such person(s) will be assessed the cost of the repair or replacement of damaged items or property and not permitted re-entry to the park until paid in full and approval of BOD.
The Park strictly prohibits the use, sale or possession of any recreational marijuana and illegal substances on its property.
The possession of fireworks, firearms or any other weapons are strictly prohibited. Violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
All accidents and injuries must be reported immediately to the office.
No FOOD, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES or GLASS is allowed inside the pool area. You may not bring in your own pool toys without permission of the office. Some items may be too small and get caught in the filtration system. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No running, diving or horseplay in the pool area any anytime. Pets are not permitted in the pool area. Violators will be asked to leave and be banned from re-entering the pool. There is no life guard. Swim at your own risk.
Children under the age of 6 are not allowed on playground without adult supervision. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed on the basketball court, horse shoe pits without adult supervision.
Children under 16 need to be back at their campsites by 10 p.m. on week days and 11 p.m. on weekends.
Merchandise or service sales of any kind are not permitted without approval from the BOD; nor is it permitted to have items of this kind delivered to the Park. The operation of any commercial business from the Park is strictly prohibited.
No open fires permitted. All fires must be contained within the designated fire rings on each lot or other approved common areas. A hose must be present at all time while the fire is burning. Be considerate of your neighbors; do not build fires close to other campers or allow fire to become excessively smoky. You may not leave your fire unattended for any reason. All fires must be completely extinguished prior to vacating site. Management reserves the right to determine if a fire is a danger, especially due to drought season. There is NO taking of firewood from someone else’s site. You may purchase wood from the office. Wood piles will be no more than 3 feet in height and 4 feet long and stacked neatly. This may NOT be used as a “fence.” For transient short term stays: guest must burn all wood at their site during the stay or must bring it out with them at check-out.
TRESPASSING on any site unless invited is prohibited. Do not cut through occupied campsites.
NO dumping of gray water on or in the ground is allowed.
One pump-out per week is allowed. Please confirm the current season pump out schedule with the office. The sign up or call to the office for a pump-out must be completed by noon of the day prior to the scheduled designated pump- out day or days listed on the weekly schedule. Any additional pump-outs will be charged $25 per occurrence.
Regular household trash is permitted in dumpsters but must be bagged before placing in dumpsters. ABSOLUTELY NO CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS (OIL, SCRAP WOOD, AWNING OR FABRICS). Please breakdown all cardboard boxes before disposal to conserve space. Refundable can and bottle containers are available in special receptacles near the office.
Water conservation is mandatory. NO washing of personal passenger vehicles or RVs. The exception is to Co-op owners and seasonal campers ONLY which may power wash their RV’s/Park Model units 1 x per season.
WE CURRENTLY DO NOT OFFER PROPANE FILLING BUT HOPE TO OFFER IN THE FUTURE. Once reinstated, a notice will be posted to all and then will be offered UNDER THE FOLLOWING TERMS: Propane fills only during posted hours. We offer propane filling service, available during our dedicated hours: Wednesdays from 1-2pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from 1-2pm. All propane orders MUST be prepaid at the office by NOON of the day you want the bottle filled. Co-op owners must have site number on their tanks. The office will instruct you what to do after payment is made. There is an emergency propane fill fee of $10.00 for fills outside of posted hours.
All motorized vehicles must obey the speed limit of 5 mph throughout the Park and is strictly enforced. All persons operating a vehicle must have a valid drivers’ license. No one is permitted to use their motor vehicle to tour the park. Motorcycles are to be used to enter and exit the park only. MINI-BIKES, DIRT BIKES, TRIKES, MOPEDS, NON-MEDICAL ELECTRIC SCOOTERS AND SKATEBOARDS ARE NOT ALLOWED. All vehicles must have a current registration and carry proper insurance. NO unregistered vehicles of any kind are allowed in or to remain on the Park. Every vehicle must have an owner’s pass, member’s pass, seasonal pass or guest pass. NO parking of vehicles is allowed on any other site except the one you are renting unless duly authorized. Only two (2) passenger vehicles can be parked on a site at any time.
All guests must register with the office before visiting and/or touring the park and must be registered regardless of their length of stay. Any vehicle(s) of the guest(s) must also have a guest pass placed in clear sight on the dash board and not removed until the guest(s) leaves the park. A maximum of six (6) overnight guests are allowed for seasonal, transient and membership campers. The maximum number of day guests will be determined after first considering the number of registered overnight guests. The maximum number of guests at a site during the day is eight (8). Day guests must exit the park at or before 8 PM. If your guest(s) will be staying overnight, they must reside in your RV with you. Guest(s) of seasonal, transient and membership campers are not allowed to enter with pets with the only exception being documented service dogs. If requested, proof of up-to-date vaccinations must be available for review.
“Domestic” pets are permitted. Pet owners must complete a pet information form at the office. All pets MUST be leashed at all times. DO NOT leave pets unattended. Clean-up after your pets and dispose of waste properly. NO PETS ON THE BEACH, in or on Rec Hall porch, or Playground. Pets causing a disturbance or being a nuisance can be removed from the park. NO MORE THAN 2 PETS PER SITE ALLOWED, with the exception of those that are grandfathered in due to special circumstances and/or short term stays for dog show groups. Up-to-date shot records MUST be on file at the office annually. Pets are not permitted in any building or in pool area.
We have provided each shower with a shower curtain so the water will stay within the shower. Please clean up after yourself. If you notice something that needs attention, please notify the office or any staff member. These rooms are provided for your convenience, and we have done our best to make them extremely nice, so please help keep them that way.
DO NOT PARK YOUR BIKE IN CAR PARKING SPACES OR SIDEWALKS. A Bike rack is provided for your convenience in the common parking lot area. Please do not park your bike in a handicap parking area or on pedestrian walkways, or blocking doorways at any time. Riding a bike at night is NOT allowed and all riders must wear a helmet. Operation of bicycles is solely at the owner’s risk. The Park is not responsible for lost or stolen property or personal injury with regard to same. Please lock your bicycle up when using the bike rack.
Clotheslines are not permitted. In addition, no items are permitted to be attached, anchored, tacked or nailed to the trees or fencing. Commercial clothes dryers are available for use in the laundry facility.
Debris, grass and tree limbs on common areas of the park will be picked up by maintenance staff only. Please report any such item to the main office or staff member, and arrangements will be made to remove said items as soon as possible. All guests shall be responsible for the clean-up and removal of debris from their own lots.
No one is permitted to have personal mail forwarded to the campground. For those guests who are traveling and looking to stay with us for an extended period of time, you will need to make arrangements to handle your mail items through the local post office. For your convenience, there is a post office located just 4 minutes (2.9 miles) away from the campground at 458 Main St., Fiskdale, MA 01518.
ONLY STORE YOUR GOLF CART ON YOUR OWN SITE AND/OR IN DESIGNATED CART PARKING AREAS. Children less than 18 years of age are not permitted to drive a golf cart at any time. Please keep your cart on the paved roads and park in appropriate parking spaces. Your cart is to be kept in good, clean working order, equipped with proper lighting for night use. Please obey all street signs. All golf cart owners must maintain liability insurance on your cart while it is in the resort.
All golf carts must be battery operated. Owners and Seasonal guests with golf carts must register their carts with the office and be clearly marked with the appropriate site number. ARA Members and transient guests must obtain a guest pass for their carts and present applicable liability insurance cards at registration. Use of golf carts is at your own risk. The Park is not responsible for any liability associated with the use of golf carts on the property.
The Park requires all owners and seasonal guests to maintain adequate insurance coverage on RV’s. Please email to: directors@quinebaugcove.com or mail an up-to-date copy of proof of insurance to the office before the start of each camping season.
You must adhere to posted signs as to when swimming is permitted in the lake. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. No pets are allowed on the beach at any time. Kayaks/Canoes are used at owners’ own risk. THE PARK has NO liability in the lake areas. A minimum amount of kayaks are available for rental. Please see the office reservationist for rental on a first come, first serve basis. You must compete rental paperwork at the office and sign a waiver releasing the park from all liability in conjunction with use of same. No minor children under the age of 16 are allowed on the beach without adult supervision. All persons using watercraft on the lake must wear approved life vests at all time. No glass containers are allowed on the beach.
NO watercraft are permitted inside the swim ropes or at the beach. Watercraft are not allowed to be kept in the water when not in use as per the Army Corps of Engineers. Violators will be assessed a $50.00 fine for each occurrence.
Please be respectful of everyone and keep things clean. It is your responsibility to wipe the washers and dryers down, and clean the lint screens after each usage. The laundry room is open every day. Please notify the office or any staff member of non-working equipment. Smoking is not permitted in the laundry room.
Roller blading, roller skating, skateboarding OR scooters are NOT permitted.
The Park reserves the right to modify, add or enforce their policies at any time as deemed necessary for the safety, comfort and enjoyment of the guests and for the preservation of the property. All violators are subject to immediate expulsion from the Park.
